Our team is here to provide specialized support in long-term, attachment-focused, trauma-informed sex therapy, and couples counselling. We approach each case with a holistic perspective, aiming to provide comprehensive care.

Here are a few important points to keep in mind before you complete the form:


  • Insurance: Unfortunately, we can't directly bill your insurance due to provincial regulations. Please contact your extended insurance provider to confirm the extent of your coverage.
  • Waitlist Availability: Most of the counsellors on our team are currently running a waitlist for weekday sessions after 4pm and we have limited weekend availability at this time.
  • Stay Connected: To ensure you receive our responses, add our email address, connect@alluracentre.com, to your contacts to avoid it landing in your spam folder.
  • Autoresponder: If you received our autoresponder, rest assured we've got your email and will respond within 2-3 business days. Note that our office is closed during statutory holidays and on weekends.

Intakes are managed by our Client Care team members, Victoria Boland (she/her), Francesca Di Libero (she/her), & Ellazora Hardy (she/her).
They are occasionally reviewed by Mara Pommer (she/her), our Practice Manager, and Diana Sadat (she/her), Clinical Director and Owner.

Please be aware that electronic communication can have certain privacy limitations – the form you complete here is not stored in the Paperform servers. Your information is used to help match you with a counsellor and will be reviewed by the counsellor before your first session and/or consultation call – your information is stored in our client system, Clickup.
